New Pact Links the Online and Mobile Ticketing Leader with the Nation's Premier "Home Town" Motion Picture Exhibitor, Representing 2,254 Screens

LAS VEGAS, April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CINEMACON -- Fandango (www.fandango.com), the nation's leading moviegoer destination, has extended its multi-year strategic agreement with founding partner Carmike Cinemas, Inc. (NASDAQ: CKEC), the nation's premier "home town" motion picture exhibitor with 2,254 screens, just in time for the summer moviegoing season.

This latest exhibition agreement follows on the heels of Fandango's recent deals with AMC Theatres and Regency Theatres earlier in the year, adding more than 3,000 screens to Fandango's constantly growing network of U.S. screens, now totaling nearly 20,000. With the Carmike extension, Fandango is adding another 80 new screens (recently acquired or built by Carmike) to its network.
